GZA is a collaborative network of 18 partners working together to ensure high-quality care and a healthy work environment for healthcare professionals in the earthquake region of Groningen.
Jan shared in this webinar how GZA structures its innovation process and offered practical advice for organisations that want to start something similar. His key message: take it one step at a time, build a shared ambition within your organization, create ‘warm energy’ (a sense of connection and motivation), keep evaluating and learning along the way and remember: making mistakes is part of the process.
